July 19: Sunset over the Pacific Ocean

July 19th: After setting up our campsite at Big Sur, we just hung out. I cleaned our very trashed car and the kids played cards and carved sticks. After dinner, we went for a dip in the river that goes through the camp ground and then to the Pfeiffer Beach to see the sun set. Unfortunately, it was so windy on the beach that there were sand storms that blew sand so hard it hurt your bare legs and got into your eyes. The kids played with a paper airplane, plus, we climbed on the rocks. There was a very cool archway in the rocks that the water splashed threw.
